  • Initial consultation (complimentary)

  • Schedule up to four person-to-person consultations with the COUPLE.

  • Unlimited Email Communication.

  • Unlimited Telephone Communication.

  • Finalize timeline for Day of wedding and distribution to all vendor.

  • Finalize timeline for Day of wedding and distribution to all vendors.

  • Preparation and schedule of the rehearsal and wedding day itinerary.

  • Attendance and direction at the rehearsal (up to 2 hours).

  • Create and schedule the wedding day itinerary for the vendors to enter, exit and services for the Wedding Day.

  • Attending, overseeing and directing of the ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours)

  • Contracting up to 4 experienced event coordinating assistants to aid the management of the wedding day.

  • Access to BP2 Events Top Preferred Vendor List.
